PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION TRAFFIC ROUTING The proposed solar farm will be accessed from the existing farm access with the A426 Rugby Road. During construction there will typically be 10 HGV deliveries per day in addition to construction staff movements. A Construction Traffic Management Plan (CTMP) will be submitted with the planning application to manage construction traffic which is estimated to last for a 24 week period. Access to bridleway X28, which routes across the site, will be maintained and managed during construction. As the site has good access to the Motorway network, to both the north and south, it is proposed that the site access will operate as a ‘left-in’ and ‘left-out’ arrangement for HGV construction vehicles. This will remove the conflict of slow moving HGVs crossing opposing traffic on the A426 Rugby Road which will minimise disruption and provide a safer access. The proposed HGV routing for the proposed solar farm is shown on the ‘HGV Route Plan’ below. Figure 2.2
