Conclusions

• Partnerships can respond quickly to economic and social change

• Partnership approach is essentially a locally-based anti-poverty strategy

• Outcomes are a result of groups of organisations working together to achieve a common aim & the creation of the neutral space encourage diverse organisations to work in collaboration

• The pursuit of a ‘Life Cycle Approach’ supports a locally-based anti-poverty strategy approach towards education, training and employment

• Partnerships clearly focus on the development of tailored solutions to individuals & community needs
