ZaZaBazaar,whichwillcreate120localjobs,isthesecondinagroundbreakingnational
brand,offeringdinersarichvarietyofglobalcuisineatafixedprice.
Adventureandlivecookingareattheheartoftherestaurantconcept,whichsetscuisine
fromIndia,China,Japan,theFarEast,SouthAmericaandEuropeagainstvividbackdrops,
reflectingtheculturesfromwhichitoriginates.

Bristolcreatedamassivestir,with7,000guestsdininghereinthefirstweekaloneand
newspaperreportscommentingonthenewbrandappearingaroundtheglobe.

A£2.5millionredevelopmentprogrammewillbeginearlyin2012tocreatethenew
restaurant,whichislocatedonthesiteofSquaresBar.The25,000sqftoperationwillopen
intheSpring.
