1.0 PURPOSE To describe to changes to the ATAC Web Report Application.

2.0 DEC 15, 2007

No change is made to ATAC EXCEL REPORTS.

A new link to support PM subassemblies serial number is added in the testlist page.

A new link System Summary Check List is added to support data linkage for a FCID number from the ATAC Report entry page. In System Summary Check List, a FCID number is required. User may choose a FCID from the drop down list which is supported by LPR database for the most recent 6 months of FCID entries. Or user can enter a known FCID in the Textbox.

Selected Sales Order Number

ATM and VTM link to the sales order of the selected FCID.

TreeView

PM nodes are generated by the entries from the LPR database for the selected FCID. The PM Serial number is the machine_num in MPS database and it is Serialnum in SapData database.

Complete Report will report the last record of each test table that is required from the test checklist table for all items on the TreeViews in PDF format.

Brown text shows duplicated records found for a model number.

Red text shows there is one or more failed test record(s) found in this EID.

Orange text shows no ATAC test checklist was found for this EID.

Green text shows all test records are passed for this EID.

These Sub nodes are generated by the Assembly Lookup Table which is maintained by Manufacturing Engineers. Each sub node represents testing is required for the system or sub-system. If no ATAC EID is found for the associated system, an ATAC model number is with missing EID label is shown as picture.

Click on any node or sub-node on the TreeView will generate the below Data view. Click on the EID link will bring the Test List for the selected EID.

Serial Number link:

This link will appear when the database origin of its EID is from the ATAC database.

This page will redirect to MFC’s internal web site where their host MFG functions. This page is sustained by MFG. This page will not be supported in the PDF format.

Important Notes:

LLPPRR The PM Nodes generation is as accurate as the Machine Table in the MPS database for LPR. AASSSSEEMMBBLLYY LLOOOOKKUUPP TTAABBLLEE needs to be update by the ME for ATAC system and sub-system model number linkage. MMAANNUUFFAACCTTUURRIINNGG TTAABBLLEE is added to support In House and Out Source EID mapping convention. TTEESSTT CCHHEECCKKLLIISSTT ATAC Data Manager Version 12.7 or later is required. These upgraded versions will generate an instance of the test checklists for the configured EID from Scenario and stored in the TEST_CHECKLIST_TABLE. Test Engineers or SQE need to keep the scenario files up to date.
