With reference to the Advertisement No. 04/2016 Dt. 23.03.2016 for Non-Teaching positions under various

Departments 1 Centres, eligible can~idates (04 Nos.) as listed in Annexure-I are informed to appear for a

Skill Test for the post of Lab?ratory Assistant, ~epartme~lt of Fopd Engineering & Technology, as per

the schedule given in Annexure-I.

All the eligible applicants are also informed that since there will be no personal interview as stated in the

Advertisement, the final selection and appointment to the post will be done on the basis of the Skill Test and

modalities detailed in Annexure-I. Please also note that the eligibility of your candidature is provisional and

subject tofurther verification with the original documents / certificates, which may be done at various stages during

the process of final selection/appointment. Hence, you are to bring all relevant certificates/documentsfor appearing

in the Skill Test.

Applicants not attending the Skill Test will automatically become in-eligible for the final selection.

No TA/DA will be provided for attending the Skill Test.

Further, a list of the in-eligible applicants (08 Nos.) IS also given Il1 the Annexure-II along with the

reason(s) for not being called to the Skill Test.

N.B. Individual Call Letters have already been issued through e-mail to all the eligible candidates. Callletters are NOT sent through any other mode. If any candidate does not receive the call letter(through e-rnail), he/she may appear in the Skill Test on the basis of this notice.
