NOTICE OF A PUBLIC MEETING
A public meeting to receive input on the following planning application will be held on:

PROPERTY: 230 Grand Trunk Avenue (east of Dufferin Street, south of Maurier
Boulevard), City of Vaughan (Attachments #1 and #2 – Ward 4). APPLICATION: The Owner has submitted an application for a Draft Plan of Subdivision
(File 19T-16V001) to facilitate the creation of 18 blocks, in the manner shown on Attachment #3, consisting of the following:
a) Blocks 1 to 9 and 11 to 19 (Blocks for Townhouses on a Public Road
– 106 Units) – 2.77 ha b) Block 10 (Open Space) – 0.73 ha c) Roads – 0.96 ha Total Area: 4.46 ha

Reg. 544/06) If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at the public meeting or make written submissions to the City of Vaughan in respect of the proposed plan of subdivision before the approval authority gives or refuses to give approval to the draft plan of subdivision, the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision of the City of Vaughan to the Ontario Municipal Board. authority gives or refuses to give approval to the draft plan of subdivision, the person or public body may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Ontario Municipal Board unless, in the opinion of the Board, there are reasonable grounds to do so.
