NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION MCI/VERIZON FIBER CABLE INSTALLATION PROJECT BOLLINGER CANYON ROAD FROM SAN RAMON VALLEY BOULEVARD TO NORRIS CANYON ROAD Planned construction period: July to October 2019 Staff issued an Encroachment Permit to MCI/Verizon’s contractor, Golden State Utility Company (GSUC), for the installation of new fiber cable along Bollinger Canyon Road from San Ramon Valley Boulevard to Norris Canyon Road. This project is necessary to maintain the MCI/Verizon fiber cable system as well as upgrade the services for digital cable television, digital telephone, and high-speed data.
