NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on Monday, June 20, 2016 the Buffalo City Council will hold a public hearing in the City Council Chambers, 212 Central Avenue, Buffalo, Minnesota at 7:00 PM to consider the following vacation: PUBLIC HEARING - VACATION OF A PORTION OF RIGHT-IN, RIGHT-OUT DRIVE PROPERTY TO BE CONSIDERED, PART OF PARCEL ID 103-202-022017, 650 HWY 55 E That part of Lots 31 and 40, Plat of W1/2 OF NW1/4 of Section 29, Township 120, Range 25 (also known as Plat of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 120 North, Range 25) and that part of SW1/4 OF NW1/4 of Section 29, Township 120 North, Range 25 West, shown as Parcel 220E on the Minnesota Department of Transportation Right of Way Plat Numbered 86-62, Wright County, Minnesota which lies Westerly of Line 1 described below: Line 1: Commencing at the Right of Way Boundary Corner B38 as shown on said Plat No. 86-62; Thence Northwesterly on an azimuth of 329º 58' 36" along the boundary of said plat for 214.84 feet to the Right of Way Boundary Corner B39 and the point of beginning of Line 1 to be described; thence on an azimuth of 324º46'16" for 257.16 feet to the Right of Way Boundary Corner B51 as shown on said Plat No. 86-61 and there terminating. Such persons that desire to be heard with reference to the proposed request will be heard at this time.
