All families will have received a letter of school contributions for 2018. As all supplies have
been given to the students, it is imperative that contributions are paid. The school
appreciates that families sometimes experience financial difficulties in meeting payment
requests. A range of support options are available to parents who have difficulty making
payments including the CSEF ‘Camps, Sport and Excursions Fund’ and the State Schools
Relief Committee support. The school office can assist you with the relevant forms if you
have a current Healthcare Card, see notice below.
Please be aware, if you wish to pay your school fees by cash, the correct amount is
appreciated, as the office may not have correct change.
Please contact the school on 9808 2165 if you need to make confidential arrangements with
the School Principal, Ms Gayle Cope in order to meet your payment commitments. An
alternative arrangement Family Payment Plan may be collected from the Office.
The Wattle Park Primary benefited from Scholastic Book Club orders in 2017 with a
total of $863 commission towards the School Library resources.

Vicki Keith our Learning Assistant either at the office or the first aid

Primary School.
Vicki has been the successful applicant for a first aid officer at
Oakleigh Grammar School.

1. Current WWWC (Working with Children Check)

extra shifts are available.
All shifts will have a canteen co-ordinator present, who will co-ordinate and assist in the
smooth running of the day.
The canteen relies on volunteers to operate successfully; so please give this due
consideration.
