Application in the prescribed format as given in appendix 'A' on plain paper duly typed or neatlyhandwritten and supported with attested copies of the relevant mark sheet, certificates (Original Copiesshould not be forwarded) etc should reach 'Senior Quality Assurance Establishment, DGQAComplex, Ministry of Defence, Badarpur, New Delhi -110044', clearly super scribing 'APPLICATIONFOR THE POST OF 'Lower Division Clerk (LDC)' within 21 (Twenty one) days from the date ofpublication of this advertisement in 'Employment News'/' Rozgar samachar'. In respect of applicationssent by post/speed post from the candidates residing in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh,Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Jammu & Kashmir, Lahaul & Spiti Districts and Panji sub-divisionof Chamba District of Himanchal Pradesh, A&N Islands or Lakshadweep or abroad, the last date ofreceipt of application for the post is 28 (twenty eight) days from the date of publication of theadvertisement. Applications received after due date will not be considered. Application received in anyother format/paper in torn/ mutilated condition shall be discarded.2. Two recent passport size photograph, one affixed at appropriate place provided for in theapplication format, duly attested by a gazetted officer.3. The selection of candidates will be based on Preliminary Screening, Written Test followed byTrade test, Interview, medical fitness and character verification from concerned authorities.4.
