NOTI OFICATION Subject:- Tentative Seniority lists of faculty members of various Disciplines in Government Medical College, Jammu. WHEREAS, final seniority lists of faculty members of diff erent disciplines of Government Medical College, Srinagar, as they stood on O 1-03- 2018, were notified vide Go\1. Order No 194-HME of2018 dated 20.03.2018; AND WHEREAS. after the issuance of the aforesaid seniority lists. various faculty members in diff erent disciplines have been promoted to the higher positions on the recommendations of the DPC/ PSC and some doctors have been appointed as lecturer(s) in diff erent disciplines on the recommendations of the PSC. Besides some members have retired on superannuation. This has necessitated the revision of the seniority lists. Now, therefore. the revised tentative seniority lists in respect of the faculty members of various disciplines as on O 1-02-20 l 9, forming annexures, A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N,O, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y,Z, AA, AB, AC & AD respectively to this notification, are hereby circulated for infonnation of all the members. Any faculty member aggrieved with the position assigned to him/ her in the tentative seniority list or aggrieved with the details like category, date of birth etc., may represent to the Administrative Department through the Principal Government Medical College, Jarnmu, within a period of 15 days, alongwith conclusive authentic documentary proof, failing which, it shall be presumed that no member has anything to say m this behalf and the tentative seniority lists shall be declared as final.
