Vincent Toscano holds a bachelor of arts degree from Muhlenberg College, a master of arts degree from Seton Hall University and a doctorate from SUNY Albany. He worked at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY from 1965-1968. At Marist he served as assistant vice president for academic affairs and dean of the School of Liberal Arts. Professor Toscano retired as an associate professor of history. Two years later he was named Heritage Professor of History by the College Board of Trustees.
