NIC RATI -1- Date: 26-November-2020 RATI Mobile App Description: RATI mobile app is developed for ICMR to collect Rapid Antibody Test being conducted through technicians. The district administration/Health department will register the collection centres and will also add accounts for their technicians using the portal https://covid19cc.nic.in. Once registered on this portal, the technician will be able to use this mobile app to collect the data of persons undergoing Rapid Antibody Test being conducted in India. The mobile app can be used by only registered technicians only. Once the test result is ready, the technicians will also update the test results using the app. Any person undergoing for the test again has to be entered using the Repeat test option which will also save the entry of person's details. RATI Mobile App

Description: RATI mobile app is developed for ICMR to collect Rapid Antibody Test being

conducted through technicians. The district administration/Health department will register the

collection centres and will also add accounts for their technicians using the portal

https://covid19cc.nic.in. Once registered on this portal, the technician will be able to use this

mobile app to collect the data of persons undergoing Rapid Antibody Test being conducted

On welcome page of the app, user needs to choose one option either “Accept” or “Decline”. If user

wants to proceed with terms and conditions accepted, then user has to click the checkbox ( ) and then on “Accept” button otherwise user can exit the application by tapping “Decline” Button. User can read the privacy policy by tapping on “Privacy Policy” link. User can also Authorize Mobile Number and Collection Centre details by using “here.” link.

After tapping” here” above shown form will open where user needs to fill all the details to check user’s authorization. If user is registered with the ICMR then user can proceed with the application, otherwise to use this application user needs to register with ICMR.

Above shown message will prompt if user taps the “Decline” button.

After accepting the term and conditions user needs to enter mobile number. On registered mobile number user will get OTP. After entering correct OTP user can continue with the app.

After entering valid mobile number and OTP, a new screen will appear to confirm the details. If Details are correct, user can confirm and proceed or can hit “Not Me!” Button to exit or to re-enter the details.

After successful login app will ask user to access Device’s Location. User has to allow this to use the application. There are three options in bottom navigation bar and four options in Home page. If the patient is getting the RATI test for the first time use needs to select Add New Patient.

After selecting Add New Patient from the Home page user needs to fill Patients Name, mobile number. Mobile number can be of his own or of family member’s (only in case of if patient don’t have mobile).User needs to enter OTP received by patient on given mobile or can also skip OTP by using “Skip OTP” option. All star(*) marked enteries are mandatory.User needs to enter Patients Village,state(Auto populated based on location) etc to proceed further with the detail form.

After completing Personal details a new form will appear i.e. Exposure Details.

After exposure details user needs to enter test date, time, kit Name and id etc. to proceed with the form.

Lastly user needs to enter Symptom details to finally submit the form. Symptoms needs to be selected if patient has any symptoms like Cough,Chest pain etc. along with date(optional).

After tapping on submit button, user needs to confirm personal details by tapping on yes button, if details are correct. By tapping on “Yes” button a new screen will appear with patient’s personal details. User can update the result by using update result button.

After tapping on update result, user has to check only one option either yes or no to submit the result. If yes is selected then a new screen will appear with patient’s name, mobile number etc. user needs to verify the details by tapping on submit button or user can also edit result by tapping on edit result button.

If user choose “No” then user has to choose whether the result for rapid antibody test is positive or negative. A new screen will appear to submit/ edit the final result.

After successful submission of result whether positive or negative , in a new screen user can view result and basic details of the user like name,mobile number,sample id etc.

By using repeat test or update result option from the home page ,a new screen will appear where user needs to enter either patient Id or Pateint’s registered Mobile number(atleast one value is mandotary).

By tapping search button user can view enteries matching to the criteria entered into search bar.

By tapping any patient name from the list user can view previously entered details of the pateint. Next buttton will navigate the user to “Expoure Details” page to proceed further with repeat test option and by using “Update Result” button user can update the Result to finally submit the form.

By using “View Result” option user can view Total Samples collected,pending results, number of Positive , Negative and intermediate patients for selected date.

By using any option from previous page , a list will appear in new screen with Sample ID, Name and mobile number of the patient. By tapping on any name personal details of the patients will appear with recommendation.

User can also take help by using “Help” option from bottom navigation bar. User can download the detailed manual by tapping on “Detailed Manual” button.

By using above mentioned links user can contact the developer of the app by sending email and can also navigate to NIC website by using “Our Website” option. Logout button is also available to logout from the app.
