2009 in Review
2009 had its challenges but the RSW business is still strong in comparison to our competitors
RSW has overall sales of $450,000,000 and has run a total of 354,416 appointments
Sales in the Philadelphia/ NJ Market Windows - $24,624,631 Siding - $5,421,065 Roofing - $10,593,350 Insulation – $1,739,998 Gutters - $1,894,430 Total sales of $44,746,212 and 35,000 appointments

Siding
We also have our energy efficient Ridgewood Insulated Wall System which will reduce air infiltration and add R-value to your home. This can add as much as a 20% energy cost savings to the home
We offer our siding in 19 low gloss colors
Every siding appointment is worth over $1800 to the store.
AOV on siding is $10,500 that means every siding sale is worth 181 baskets through the register.

Vinyl Windows We now offer 4 lines of installed
windows. We have the Simonton and the
American Craftsman in vinyl replacement windows
Simonton now offers a triple pane and a sound and security package.
The Simonton window is now also offered in LoE3
We will continue our $349 promo on installed AC12
Our current installed window AOV is $3275
Several of our select Simonton windows qualify for the 2009 Energy tax credit
Coming soon a bronze exterior window and three wood grain resin vinyl windows (Pine, Oak, and Cherry)

Wood Windows
We have the Sequel customer wood replacement window as well as the Andersen 400 and 200 series
Our current installed wood window AOV is $5340 Both the Sequel and Anderson are available with an upgraded glass
pack that qualifies them for the Energy Tax Credit

alone product This can reduce interior attic temperature by as much as thirty
degrees The combination of home insulation and radiant barrier can reduce
energy cost by as much as 30 percent AOV when combined with attic insulation is $4250 This product also qualifies for the Energy Tax Credit

set appointments for all RSW programs from any computer in the store. Associates will also be able to print out an appointment form that includes the lead number for the customer

VOC Score
We continue to drive to have the best VOC scores in the country. We are having our entire staff talk to the customer about the surveys. We have our PM tell the customer that if any time they do not feel like they can not give us an 10 please call us so we can make it right.
We have the highest return of survey counts in the country at a 25 % return in comparison to the number of job installed.
