We would to say thank you to the Technology Foundation for our computers. Thank you to Morongo Band of Mission Indians for the donation to work on the plumbing. On
December 9th we are having our Christmas show where the children will be singing. We hope that all of you can make it.
See the world through the eyes of a child and learn
something new.
Parents please inform the office if your child
has been sick.
Infant RoomMs. Gloria & Ms. Cecilia
This month we will be exploring with colors by painting. We will also be
painting with leaves for fall using brown and orange.
Please be sure your child has an extra set of clothes in their
cubbies.
Toddler RoomMs. Vanessa
Gobble! Gobble! Turkey Day is just around the corner and in our class we’ll be learning
the sounds that turkeys make along with many other farm animals. We will be
painting, playing with puzzles and singing our way to December. I’d like to thank all
the parents for being patient while the class was under construction. Parents
please make sure your child has weather appropriate clothing in their cubby and
clothes that are able to get dirty during all class activities. Happy Holidays.
2/3 CDDMs.Connie, Ms.Kristi, Ms. Isabel
Our class will continue to work on colors, shapes, counting and name recognition.
These are areas the children can work on at home with members of their family. Special events for the month will be posted in the
classroom. Parents please fill out your paperwork, check your child’s cubby for extra clothing and help your children to
remember that share day is only on Wednesdays.
2/3 PVTMs. Renee
November is already here! Fall leaves, wind in your hair and family and friends
visiting from everywhere. Those are the themes for the month. We will also
be continuing practicing a letter, a number, and a color of the week as
well as pre-writing and pre-math skills learned through creative fun. Have a
wonderful holiday.
2/3 PVTMs. Via
Fall is finally here. We can tell by the nice cool weather. Please check your child’s cubby to make sure they have extra clothing that is
weather appropriate. The plants are changing, the days are getting shorter and the nights are
getting longer. For November we will be celebrating friendships. The letters for the month are I, J and K. The colors are green, orange, yellow and brown. We will also be
exploring patterning. Thursday, November 24th and Friday, November 25th we will be closed for
the holiday.
4/5 CDDMs.Amber, Ms.Maria
This month we will be talking about our families and being thankful. Our
science is digging into dough and energizing with exercise. Please work
with your children at home writing alphabets, first and last names, and cutting with scissors. Please look for sign up forms for donations in the
classroom. Thank you!
4/5 PVTMs.Karen, Ms.Cynthia
The holiday season is almost here! We will start this month by discussing what we are
thankful for and why. We also will be working the letters L through P, and
numbers 21 through 30. Please continue to work with your child at home. We are
happy to say we are making great progress with letter and number recognition. Every
Friday is our home movie day (G-rated only). Last but not least, a small reminder that the center will be closed November
25th and 26th for the holiday. Happy Turkey Day!
Extended DayMs.Kelly
Well it’s finally getting cooler. If you have any extra jackets to leave in the class, your more than welcome to bring them in. The children have no school on the 11th and for
the whole week starting the 21st. We’re planning a trip to the library for some
reading in recognition of National Children's Book Week. We will be closed the 24th and 25th to celebrate the turkey day. Hope you
all have a wonderful day yourselves.
