For EcoWorld

November 2020

Improved access routes for pedestrians and cyclists through the pedestrianisation of Goldsworth Road.

THE REDEVELOPMENT OF THE SITE AT GOLDSWORTH ROAD WILL DELIVER:

Provision of landscaped public open space including signficant tree planting, SUD’s features, raised lawns and play features.

Flexible ground floor commercial floorspace activating the street frontage.

Housing led-mixed use development to provide 929 new homes including on site affordable homes.
