Regular invoice will be issued by the Milan Chamber of Arbitration via e-mail.
Cancellation 80% of the registration fee will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received by e-mail
([email protected]) before October 31, 2014, while 50% will be refunded if notice of
cancellation is received before November 14. Cancellations after this date are not refundable. In case of
refund the bank transfer costs will be borne by the participant.
The Milan Chamber of Arbitration reserves the right to cancel the event or to make alterations to the
content, timing and program. In case of cancellation of the event, participants will be offered a full refund.
Credits for Italian attendants only The Milan Chamber of Arbitration has asked the accreditation with the Ordine degli Avvocati di Milano and
the Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti e degli Esperti Contabili di Milano. A certificate of participation will be
issued to anyone interested upon request.
Social event After the conference - on Friday night November 28 -, all participants and accompanying persons are
invited to join us for a “Milanese night out” starting from 7.30 till late night. The charge of the social event is
€35 (VAT incl.) and includes light dinner buffet + 1 cocktail. More information and online registration will be

Transportation from/to Linate airport Bus 73 – links Linate airport with San Babila Square, which is right in the heart of the city. The bus runs
from 6:00 a.m. to midnight every ten minutes. The bus ticket is €1,50 and may be bought at
tobacconists and newsagents inside the airport.
Taxi – approximately €20,00
Transportation from/to Malpensa airport Malpensa Shuttle – is a convenient bus taking less than one hour to reach Milan Central Railway
Station (Stazione Centrale), from Malpensa airport. It also connects Malpensa airport with Linate
airport and Milan Fair (for more information visit www.malpensashuttle.it)
Malpensa Express – is a railway link connecting Malpensa airport with Cadorna railway station,
which is just a few underground stops from Duomo square.
The price of the ticket is €11,00. Malpensa Express does not operate between 1:30 a.m. and 6:00

Transportation from/to Orio al Serio airport Shuttle bus – several transport companies provide a shuttle service connecting Orio al Serio airport
with Milan Central Railway Station at €7,50.
