  • THE CONFERENCE BOOTHYour booth will represent a mixed media approach to client interaction that will over deliver on your ability to offer clients insight into your full suite of services, engage with them in real time and have contact details for additional follow up after. Our client concierge services will reach out to you one month prior to the event in order to work on your booth setup and we are here in the interim to answer any questions as you gather the relevant materials for your booth. There are 10 dedicated 20 minute time slots over the course of three days that are focused on driving traffic to your booth in addition to the regular ability for executives to visit the virtual expo area.

    THE CONFERENCE BOOTH

    Your booth will offer the ability to share video, articles, whitepapers, case studies, testimonials and more. Never has there been a better opportunity to curate the experience of prospective attendees in order to ensure they have a deep understanding of what working with your company would feel like.

  • VIDEO FEATURE

    Through the video feature you will be able to post feature videos that better explain your solution to the attending audience. This feature will allow you to post descriptive videos, example videos of your solution and testimonial videos. Should you choose, we can also include a video from a member of your team to our prospective clients. Our attendees will simply need to click on the video screen

    videos that you would like to upload you will also have access to create a video library where you can house all relevant video materials.

  • CONTENT AREA

    Through clicking on the content areas an attendee will be able to engage in a wide variety of information that your company decides to share. Typical types of content shared here will be whitepapers, articles on the business, client testimonials and associated materials that help in delivering the value proposition of your product or solution. You are also not limited to the content areas in your booth, as with the video library, you will be able to upload several pieces of content that executives will be able to access from the article library.

  • THE CHAT

    Your booth will have a dedicated chat room, waiting room and integrated video chat option. Through this process you will be able to welcome executives to your booth and offer opportunities to access information. The primary course of action will be to initiate a video chat. Weather it be scheduled one-to-one meetings or simply someone dropping by your booth, you will be powered with the ability to start a video chat and dive into a conversation with that executive. We have also alleviated the need to swap contact information, as you will automatically receive contact information from all executives who visit your booth.

  • WORKSHOPS

    Workshops will take place in an interactive environment that drives engagement and direct communication with prospective executives at the event. The workshops will be pre recorded and offer an engaging Q&A chat function to take place in real time with attendees.

    This year’s agenda will feature four engaging tracks for attendees to take part in, with the ability to view workshops on demand post summit. This level of engagement will allow for delegates to take in multiple workshops that occur at similar

    audience that has the capacity to consistently grow over time. As the workshops are pre recorded, sponsors will be empowered to answer questions through the chat function in real time with attendees. Sponsors are also able to take these questions further by directly engaging with attendees post workshop who have directly shown interest through the Q&A process.

    WHAT TO DO IF YOU’RE LEADING A WORKSHOPFor those doing a workshop, our events and production team will work with you every step of the way. Through careful work with our production team, we will help pre-record your session video, complete with embedded slides and scaled up video technology. From there, our events team will embed your approved video into our agenda, which will remain on demand for 30 days post-summit in the virtual event environment.

    AFTER RECORDING YOUR PRESENTATION After we have recorded your presentation, the production team will work with you in order to prepare for the question and answer portion of your presentation. Through this process, we will work one-on-one with your presenter to ensure they have a full understanding of howto use the chat function to answer live questions during the presentation.

  • POST EVENT

    Post event, you will be equipped with information on who attended your session, who asked questions and also have the ability to reach out to prospective clients through the remainder of the virtual event. You will also have the unique opportunity to work with our marketing and production teams to answer questions that did not get covered during your presentation. Our post summit work will begin one week after the virtual event has taken place.

  • LUNCH & LEARNS

    One of the best features of our on-site meetings is the candid and informal opportunity for communication and collaboration offered by the Lunch & Learn portion of the agenda. We know that this year's Virtual Pharma Outsourcing Summit Lunch & Learn's will be of equally great value! Lunch & Learns will be done through advanced sign-ups and will be sent out to attendees as Zoom meetings 24 hours prior to the event start date. Through this strategy, we are able to truly put together like minded executives who are interested in a similar topic for the purpose of solution oriented discussions.

    If you are hosting a Lunch & Learn at this year's Virtual Pharma Outsourcing Summit: Our production team will be in touch with you to help set up your themed lunch discussion. Content in the virtual environment is key to ensuring a strong discussion. As a result of this, our production team will work with you to ensure your lunch discussion is commercial and in line with core challenges faced by the attending audience. As a meeting host you will have advanced knowledge of who will be attending your roundtable session and have the ability to cater your discussion to those attendees.

    Our Live Women in Leadership and Panel discussions will be run as a Zoom Webinar and have the ability for live question and answer periods, facilitated by the Moderator.

  • BRANDINGDriving brand visibility and recognition is a true benefit of the virtual platform and something our team will help your business take full advantage of. You will have the ability to fully brand your booth and include a library of digital and video content for prospective clients who visit your booth. Your brand and company name will remain live in our virtual expo environment up to 30 days after the virtual summit has concluded, allowing return visitors an opportunity to visit your virtual booth.

  • Should you have pre scheduled meetings for the event, your company will also be branded in our pre summit event catalog. In this catalog we will again detail the core solutions offered by your business. This will be an opportunity prior to the summit in which you can help educate prospective clients on your full suite of products or services. During the event your brand will be represented in our thank you to sponsors portion of the website, which will add to your already branded virtual booth in the virtual expo area. Post summit, Generis will send out a branded email to our attendees offering details on what's to come after the event, along with a a dedicated section for the sponsors who have helped support the summit.

    Lastly, should you have our trademarked Marketing365 program, nothing changes for you. Our team will work with you to ensure that you are fully able to take advantage of our Marketing365 platform.   • Our core focus in developing the virtual event has been to create an environment through which people can connect and be able to transfer information just as they would at a live meeting. Our production team will also create several meet rooms for attendees

  • To start, our delegate networking lounge is located in the expo area. This will be the main

    open to chat. While many attendees may be busy exchanging ideas in scheduled meetings, we have organized dedicated networking times where the entire community can join the delegate lounge in order to exchange meaningful conversations relating to the event. In the lounge you will be able to both text chat and video chat with attendees.

    Last, if at any point your ability to network breaks down or seems unclear, our dedicated team will be here to support and offer solutions to any challenges in connecting with other attendees.

    Sponsors will have the ability to know immediately if they have visitors in their booth and have the opportunity to share a greeting, company information and invite them to a video chat. Upon entering the virtual booth environment, Sponsor representatives will gain immediate access to the visiting executives information.

  • From the moment attendees arrive at the virtual event they will be greeted and instructed on how to fully take advantage of their experience. Attendees will attend sessions where they are able to ask questions via chat in real time and in real time receive answers. Attendees will also have the ability to take advantage of our mixed media environment in order to further hear from presenters in our live question and answer session.

In order to garner points, attendees will be driven to take part in activities that power the potential of networking. We are aware that over-gamification has the potential to alter the virtual event experience. These incentivized behaviors will offer the opportunity for enhanced networking. Our aim is to ensure our solutions providers are speaking with prospective clients who have a genuine interest, leading to more productive and valuable partnerships.
