Cal-IPGCA Composition: Our 2017 Cal-IPGCA Cohort was comprised of full-time trainees completing 58 Professional Development Hours+ and their part-time work-based partners completing 28 Professional Development Hours+. Covering 5 months, from July through November, these leaders and pioneers were selected from the ranks of “rising stars” in state government. They represented 15 departments from entry level to executive levels. Working side by side, they left their titles outside the door. The Cal-IPGCA environment creates a safe space for innovation where everyone has a voice, everyone is valued and everyone is heard.

INNOVATOR AWARDS - Celebrating Success 3 - 5 PM

You are invited to JOIN US for an “Innovators Walk-of-Stars” Ceremony and Reception celebrating the success and pioneering achievements of our Cal-IPGCA Innovators in the DGS Atrium!
