Little ones attending Children’s Liturgy of the Word arrive at Mass in the Church with their
parents. After the Opening Prayer, the priest will call the children forward along with the
Children’s Liturgy team for a special blessing before being dismissed to another location to
hear the Readings and Homily at their own level. Children are returned to their parents in the
Church before the Liturgy of the Eucharist.

After your November session, please teach Unit 3, Chapters 8 & 9 to your children at home and
complete the Unit 3 review. The Unit 3 review will be checked for completion by your child's
catechist at your January session. Please contact the Faith Formation Office if you have any

Parents in the Families Called to Table program may attend any of the above sessions and are
expected to teach all of Unit 3 at home.
Envelopes are put on the trees in the Narthexstarting November 17th for families to choose
someone to buy gifts for.If you would like to help in the Giving Tree
room by organizing and wrapping gifts,please sign up the weekend of Nov 17th-18th
(ONLY) in the Narthex after each of theMasses. There is a great response to
volunteering for this project, so the signupsheets are only available on that weekend.

“Catholic Perspectives” consists of small-group discussions onScripture using an easy-to-follow study guide. We also offer small groups with a journal reflection
format. Various days and times are available for both types of groups. There are morning and eveninggroups available. There are groups that meet on weekdays and groups that meet on weekends.
No prior experience necessary. Our groups are informal discussion opportunities to grow in communityand deepen your understanding of the faith.
