13. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL AT ALL TIMES PROVIDE EMERGENCY ACCESS TO ALL PROPERTIESFOR POLICE, FIRE DEPARTMENT, AMBULANCES AND/OR OTHER EMERGENCY VEHICLES TOPROTECT LIFE, HEALTH AND PROPERTY.
14. PAVED STREETS AND DRIVEWAYS MUST BE MAINTAINED IN A REASONABLE STATE OFCLEANLINESS AND THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REMOVE ACCUMULATIONS OF DEBRIS CAUSEDBY CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS.
15. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL HAVE AN OPERATING SWEEPER BROOM AND CLEAN THE PAVEMENTAT THE CLOSE OF EACH DAY'S OPERATION AND AS OFTEN AS NECESSARY. FAILURE TOCOMPLY SHALL BE CAUSE TO STOP CONSTRUCTION. CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH THESTATE AIR POLLUTION CONTROL REGULATIONS AND CITY OF LIVONIA SOIL EROSION ANDSEDIMENTATION CONTROL (SESC).
16. CONTRACTOR MUST PROVIDE ALL NECESSARY SHEETING, SHORING, DEWATERING, BRACING,TRENCH BOXES, ETC. TO PERFORM WORK SAFELY, PROTECT EXISTING UTILITIES ANDIMPROVEMENTS IN ACCORDANCE TO MICHIGAN OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTHADMINISTRATION (MIOSHA).
