JCPenneyThis JC Penny has received the “Founder’s Award” and it is ranked as the #8 store of its size nationally based on salesper square foot due to it having a new Sephora store in it as of approximately 1.5 years ago.
SearsThis Sears store is ranked #4 in the nation based on the net profit per square foot for Sears stores in this size range.
RossRoss just renewed their lease for 5 years.
