Powers and Abilities: Ursula is a natural but untrained combatant. With her

powers she has never felt the need to master any forms of weapons or unarmed

combat styles and relies on her natural abilities more than any tools. Her primary

power is an incredibly powerful but short ranged telekinetic capable of lifting an 18

wheeler with her mind. She is also capable of dispersing her molecules and

passing through people and soft structures (internal walls, residences, and offices).

Her other abilities are mental in nature. She can read thoughts and communicate

with anyone within a mile or so. She can vanish at will (Invis 3) and telekinetically

fly at speeds up to 3,500mph. While flying she is unable to attack using her

telekinesis. (But can mentally interrogate opponents from half a mile; Who sent

you is almost always her first question). She is an absolute master of disguise and

is almost impossible to identify using standard police methods. Her willpower and

ability to resist mental attacks are almost unearthly. Even if she is beaten in afight she can almost always escape using smoke grenades, Stealth, Mach 4+ flight

w/ Dispersal, and her Chameleon or Invisibility to escape/evade pursuit.

Taken together she makes for an extremely skilled interrogator, spy and/or

investigator. She is also extremely dangerous in an ambush and is a master at

turning ambushes on her attackers. If she is even the slightest bit aware of an

opponent she can utilize her acting to cause opponents to underestimate her

abilities and/or powers.

Family: Ursula has a 16 year old daughter named Irina. She has not exhibited

any powers of the supermen but that could be just a matter of time. Her husband

was assassinated during her familys removal from the noble ranks in Germany and

she has fled. Her in-laws were exterminated to the last man woman and child.

Her extended family resides in Osternia (eastland German territory), and are

ruled over by German aristocratic families in the area.

History: Ursula von Richter nee Svoboda was raised in a lower middle class family

in the Eastern German provinces taken after the first Pan European war (Czech).

She is of Slavic descent but tested extraordinarily well and was inducted into the

Geheime Staatspolizei (State Police) as a super powered agent. She was trained

to reinforce her then nascent abilities and turned into a super powered intelligence

asset. Able to fly, read minds and telekinetically kill. She is almost an assassin but

she has a conscience.

Ursula was married to a minor German noble in a somewhat scandalous relationship

as she is of lesser breeding stock than the German aristocracy. Deitrich on theother hand was more than capable of seeing her true value in her powers and her

genes. His hope was to eventually breed her supermen attributes into the Von

Richter bloodline and strength it immensely by becoming one of the few super

powered noble families of Germany. She agreed because he was a bit of a

daredevil, very handsome and charming, extremely stable and she married way way

UP. Unfortunately other families in the nobility took extreme (if quiet)

exception to this plan.

Her husband was killed and she was forced to escape with her family during a

power struggle in the Kaisers Germany a several years ago. Ursula flew to the FSA

using her abilities and took a large block of silver for portable wealth. She hastaken her daugher Irina and settled into the Eastern Coalition after forging them

new identities and papers using her skills. Now she has waited a few years before

starting to use any super powers to ensure that she has been lost to any possible

German pursuers.

Personality:

Ursula is not exactly a really happy go-lucky girl. Because of having to flee Germany, she despises the German

government and will never miss an opportunity to harm their interests. She is not afraid to hurt people or rough

up criminals, but truly does not want to harm any innocents. She is inspired by the optimism of the times in the

FSA, and is moved to use her powers for good. Being a single widowed mom is demanding but rewarding at the

same time; it gives her insight in what superheroes need to be and above all she will SET THE EXAMPLE. Herexperiences with the German State Polizei have poisoned her against federal agencies and she prefers and believes

in decentalized law enforcement. She has hobbies in cooking and making a decent home, but is not about to

surrender anything or move forward to another man after whats happened.
