1. Skont id-disposizzjonijiet tal-artikolu 61 tal-Kostituzzjoni ta’ Malta u għall-finijiet ta’ dak l-artikolu u tal-artikolu 17 tal-Att dwar l-Elezzjonijet Ġenerali (Kap. 354), it-tibdiliet tal-konfini tad-Distretti Elettorali murija hawn taħt saru mill-Kummissjoni Elettorali skont is-subartikolu (3) (d) tal-artikolu 61 tal-imsemmija Kostituzzjoni u tal-artikolu 17 tal-imsemmi Att.
2. Il-konfini tal-lokalitajiet li jiffurmaw it-tlettax-il Distrett Elettorali huma dawk stabbiliti fit-Tieni Skeda tal-Att dwar Kunsilli Lokali (Kap. 363). It-tibdiliet jikkonsistu fil-kostituzzjoni tat-tlettax-il Distrett Elettorali kif ġej:-

The following alterations of the boundaries of the Electoral Divisions are hereby published in accordance with and for the purpose of sub-article 3 of article 61 of the Constitution of Malta.

Electoral Divisions - Alterations of Boundaries
1. In accordance with the provisions of article 61 of the Constitution of Malta and for the purposes of that article and of article 17 of the General Elections Act (Cap. 354), the alterations of the boundaries of the Electoral Divisions shown hereunder were made by the Electoral Commission pursuant to sub-article (3) (d) of article 61 of the aforementioned Constitution and of article 17 of the abovementioned Act.
2. The boundaries of localities that form the thirteen Electoral Divisions are those established in the Second Schedule of the Local Councils Act (Cap. 363). The alterations consist in the constitution of the thirteen Electoral Divisions as follows:-

(a) the unnumbered and unnamed garage with its own airspace, built on a plot of land known as “Ta’ Fortun” in the territory known as “Fejn il-Knisja”, in the limits of Xagħra, Gozo, measuring circa 74 square metres, bounded on the North by property of Rosa Farrugia or her successors in title, on the East by property of Canon Fr Angelo Bartolo or his successors in title, on the South by property, today, of said Stefan Spiteri and Natasha Farrugia and on the West by an unnamed alleyway leading onto Triq Marija Bambina, Xagħra, as shown on a plan annexed to the said schedule of deposit. The said Stefan Spiteri acquired this garage with its own airspace by virtue of a deed of donation dated the 3rd July 2007 in the records of Notary Mariosa Grech;
(b) a plot of land known as “Ta’ Fortun” in the limits of Xagħra, Gozo, measuring circa 69 square metres accessible from an alleyway leading to Triq il-Bambina, Xagħra, Gozo, bounded on the North by property of said Stefan Spiteri, on the East in part by property of Victor Bartolo in part by property of Kevin and Ian brothers Attard, on the South by property of Tessie Farrugia and on the West by the said alleyway, as shown on the plan attached to the said schedule of deposit. Applicants Stefan Spiteri and Natasha Farrugia purchased this plot of land by virtue of a deed of sale dated the 13th July 2007 in the records of Notary Mariosa Grech.
Each one of the above described two properties is subject to the annual and perpetual ground rent, today equivalent to seven and a half euro cents (€0.07c5) and thus the total ground rent burdening these two properties is that of fifteen euro cents (€0.15c).
Whoever is interested to be nominated as a curator is hereby called upon to call at this Registry within six (6) days and make known their interest through a declaratory note to accept such an assignment and in default, this Court will proceed to nominate an official curator.
