Thank you for considering Flagship Catering Center for your special occasion. Our catering and conference center is the preferred choice for command function, weddings, receptions, conferences and many other events, and our menu options are specifically designed and created to fit changing tastes, budgets and lifestyles. Our catering assistants are trained professionals who are able to assist you in the planning of your special event.

Banquet rooms can be initially booked without a deposit for five business days, and on the fifth day, a non-refundable deposit will be required. Every sponsor will be required to read and sign our regional policy statement. Your signature on this statement acknowledges your acceptance of our policies.

BeginWith ... An elaborate table filled with Fresh Fruits, Cheeses, Garden
Vegetables, Spinach Dip and an array of Pita Chips and Gourmet Crackers.
Followed By ... A traditional platter of Mini Sandwiches of Honey Baked Ham
and Roast Beef with Domestic Cheese and Freshly Baked Rolls. We will also be passing a tray of Tiger Shrimp ready for your guests to taste. At least a minimum of four per guest.
Hot Hors d'oeuvre ... Always a welcomed sight at a special event. We will set
out your choice of three of the items. At least a minimum of two pieces of each item per guest.
