Job descriptions

Customer support managerReporting to the MC VP OD, and as a

part of National support team Customer support manager is responsible for

developing Net Promoter system® in AIESEC Czech Republic, monitoring the

results and evolving the processes according to the customer and

organizational needs.

We are looking for responsible and self-sufficient person with previous EB or LCP experience and with good communication skills and analytical

thinking.

GIPo international relations manager

Reporting to the GIPo manager, and as a part of National support team GIPo

international relations manager is responsible for developing country 2

country partnerships for GIPo programme in AIESEC Czech Republic, monitoring the results and supporting the absolute growth on national and

local level.

We are looking for experienced manager and fast-learner with internship experience and with

advanced Google docs using skills and good facilitating skills.

GIPi international relations manager

Reporting to the GIPi manager, and as a part of National support team GIPi

international relations manager is responsible for developing country 2

country partnerships for GIPi programme in AIESEC Czech Republic, monitoring the results and supporting the absolute growth on national and

local level.

We are looking for experienced manager and fast-learner with at

least 1 year experience in incoming area and with advanced Google

docs using skills and good communication skills.

CR marketing manager

Reporting to CR manager and as a part of National support team CR marketing manager is responsible for promotion The Most Desired Company, Management challenge, Tvojekariera.cz, help with Career Days. Responsible for online marketing and networking events which we will attend as BCB.

We are looking for creative, innovative and czech person with

marketing background and leadership experience and excellent

communication skills.

OGX education manager

Reporting to the GCDPo manager, and as a part of National support team OGX

education manager is responsible for education plans for OGX area for whole country. Also is

responsible not only for internal education but also for delivering OPSes and standards management according

to XPP.

We are looking for manager with facilitation experience, planning skills and advanced Google docs

using skills. This person is need to be on some czech conferences

personally.

GCDPo international relations and manager

Reporting to the GCDPo manager, and as a part of National support team GCDPo

international relations manager is responsible for developing country 2

country partnerships for GCDPo programme in AIESEC Czech Republic, monitoring the

results and supporting the absolute growth on national and local level.

We are looking for experienced manager and fast-learner with internship experience and with

advanced google docs using skills and good facilitating skills.

Be HOST manager

Reporting to the GCDPi manager, and as a part of National support team

Be HOST manager is responsible for developing Be HOST

project in Czech Republic. The key areas for development are: Be HOST website,

promotion of the project and sales education.

We are looking for creative, czech manager with experience in

incoming area. This person has to have web design and good

communication skills.

GCDPi Sales Manager

Reporting to the GCDPi manager, and as a part of National support team GCDPi

Sales manager is responsible for implementing national smart selling

strategy into the GCDPi area in every LC in AIESEC Czech Republic.

We are looking for czech manager and experienced facilitator with

sales experience in incoming area. This person has to also have

strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Trainees care manager

Reporting to the GCDPi manager, and as a part of National support team

Trainees care manager is responsible for supporting LCs in the delivery of traineeships, in terms of visa

knowledge and downscaling national trainees care strategies.

We are looking for czech, structured problem-solver, with experience in

incoming area with good organizing, facilitating and market research

skills. For this position it is beneficial to have experience with agenda

creation and delivery.

TMP RCTM manager

Reporting to the MC VP TM and as a part of the national support team TMP Recruitment Manager is responsible to prepare, run, track and evaluate implementation of the product based recruitment in the all LCs. As NST he/she should actively participate in all activities of the TMP Product Based Recruitment task force. Based on the outcomes of the task force NST is responsible to recreate and adjust selection and induction process, educate LCVPs and insure implementation on the LC level by communicating and tracking LCVPs. After first recruitment he/she is in charge to evaluate the implementation and make report with main proposal for second recruitment.

We are looking for experienced, result oriented and innovative manager with LCVP TM, OGX or LCP experience. This

person has to have excellent communication skills, (virtual and

physical) analytical and strategic thinking and has to have experience with change

management.

Graphic designer

Reporting to the MC VP COMM, and as a part of National support team graphic

designer is the main responsible for creation of the promotion materials

in AIESEC Czech Republic. Those materials are mainly for OGX area, but

also participation in ICX area and newies RCTM area is needed.

We are looking for very experienced, structured and

creative graphic designer with excellent skills with graphic software (Photoshop etc.) and experience in

running promotion campaigns.

TMP brand manager

Reporting to the MC VP COMM, and as a part of National support team TMP brand manager is responsible for co-

creation of new TMP brand and promotion materials according to it. Also is responsible for implementing the new brand guidelines in the LCs.

We are looking for result-oriented, creative and structured manager with

LCVP TM, COMM or LCP experience with advanced organizational skills, good

communication skills and with running promotion campaign experience.

Internship promotion manager

Reporting to the MC VP COMM, and as a part of National support team Internship promotion manager

Is responsible for Global talent and Global citizen brand development. The

key areas for development are: promotion materials and online

marketing.

We are looking for detail oriented, creative person with LC VP COMM, OG

or LCP experience with excellent knowledge of marketing tools and good communication skills. This person has to

also have good experience with web design and web administration skills.

Media manager

Reporting to the MC VP COMM and as a part of National support team Media manager is responsible for relations with Media representatives in Czech

Republic. This job description is mainly divided between account management of our current media cooperation and

establishing the new ones.

We are looking for creative and structured manager and LCVP or LCP

experience with good communication, accounting skills and strategic thinking.

For this position is beneficial to have good sense and experience in writing the

articles.

brand aligned (at least the logo of AIESEC).3. Every document needs to be in Pdf format, but you are free to create your template, colors,

layout, background. (size of font not smaller than 10)4. We are expecting from your side 5 documents in Pdf format:

General Questions (max 3 pages) Specific Questions (max 4 pages)

2 Endorsements letter (max 1 page, signed and with phone contact on that person) Personal tests results + 360 competency feedback in Pdf format (tests are in personal tests

package, max 2 pages)5. Create a video which will support your application (1 minute long for maximum)6. All the questions need to be fulfilled7. All the documents will be archived in a .zip format and uploaded on myaiesec.net. The
