113°C and 110°C are at EOFT, please see the attached ppt. Total pulse length is 10.136s, flat top ends at 9.512s. After flat top, the temps lower down a little because less heat produced from current and the temps re-distribute (heat transfers to low temp components)
Finesse the TF Current Profile i.e drop it a bit at the end or at the beginning –Do you need full field at these times?
Shorten the TFC Current Profile
Test the CTD 425 to 115 degrees C. Degradation Between 80 and 100C is Small
Accept as-is – Assume De-Bond in Small Regions where Temps are Above 100C
