UNDERTAKING May 29, 2020 The attached Manitoba Media Production Industry – COVID-19 Health and Safety Guide (the “Guide” ) sets out recommendations/best practises to assist employers, employees, contractors and other stakeholders regarding implementation of distancing, cleaning, hygiene and related practises consistent with the requirements of Manitoba Government Regulations pertaining to film/TV production (collectively “Best Practises” ). Each of the undersigned has read and fully endorses the Guide and voluntarily undertakes to use sincere, good faith efforts to implement all Best Practises as they now exist or in the future may be updated or expanded (our “Undertaking” ). We believe that implementation of the Best Practises will result in reasonable, workable, risk mitigation for all employers, cast, crew, contractors, services suppliers and other stakeholders, and accordingly we strongly encourage all stakeholders in the Media Production Industry operating in Manitoba to join us and provide their Undertaking by signing below.
