The  Why:    

To  ensure  that  all  students  develop  the  knowledge,  skills,  and  attributes  they  need  to  thrive  in  post-­‐secondary  education,  careers,  and  civic  life.    

The  How:    

Aware  –  Students  will  understand  post-­‐secondary  options  and  see  the  importance  of  college    

Eligible  –  Students  will  complete  requirements  necessary  for  college  entrance    

Prepared  –  Students  will  graduate  from  high  school  with  the  skills  and  dispositions  necessary  for  further  education  without  remediation
