Moisture:
Bathing, Breathing , Cooking & Cleaning generates moisture which is absorbed into the air (Like the tap running into the sponge)
Your Properties air will accept a certain amount of moisture and hold onto it without dripping
Once full the sponge leaks as it cannot hold anymore moisture (like in the air in your house)
Once the sponge is leaking moisture forms on your windows and walls as the air is now full and cannot accept any more

How Do We Explain Moisture In The Home?
Condensation is caused when moisture held in the air meets a cold surface like a window or wall and condenses into water droplets.
When we Bathe, Breathe Cook & Clean we create moisture which results in condensation
It often results in black mould growth on walls and other surfaces or you can see actual water droplets. It is usually worse in corners, on or near windows, in or behind wardrobes and cupboards.

PIV - How It Works 1) Clean, fresh air is continuously drawn in to the loft space through the loft’s natural leakage points
3) The air is then passed through the filters, and is gently fed into the dwelling via a central hallway diffuser
2) The warm air then rises to the highest point, gaining heat energy giving you the benefit of some heat recovery
4) The air then gently pressurises the house from inside out, driving out the moisture and condensation
5) This process creates a clean, healthy environment to live in as fresh air replaces the stale air
