Test, analyze, recommend and optimizeTest different scenarios so that you can optimize your campaigns before launching; for example, A / B testing helps you to understand the behavior of the same segmented base when they receive different campaigns. The Target Group (TG) and Control Group (CG) calculation tool allows you to compare your target and control groups to assess the effectiveness of your campaigns. Different micro segments can be targeted with different scripts and fulfillment.

The reporting engine takes data from all modules and data sources to generate reports and dashboards on both system performance and cam-paign effectiveness. Reports can be generated in real time on campaign execution, offer fulfillment and take rates to enable effective campaign management. Reports include an overview of status and responses across all campaigns, comparisons of Target Group (TG) and Control Group (CG) data, ROI reporting, MOU shift, analysis by subscriber (number of campaigns, by channel and response) and A / B testing reports.

The insight analytics tool is a comprehensive framework to assess a campaign’s effectiveness, measure its results, and optimize it across channels. Leveraging advanced analytical techniques and methodologies, it enables marketers to devise and execute fact-based, data-driven, and intelligent campaigns that increase the response rate and ROI.

Using big data analytics users can perform segment analysis on the subscriber base and on campaigns. The segment analysis function allows the user to analyze each segment base, edit it, and re-run the algorithms to create a new segment. The tool also includes social analytics, providing subscriber data on their current and past app and social networking usage.

Nuance Loop can handle very large volumes of data. Target prioritization enables non viable segments to be filtered out through assigning a score to each, based on defined and weighted evaluation criteria.

Predictive analytics identifies the most responsive customer groups for particular offers, and models likely future customer behaviors, for example how likely it is that a prospect will convert, or buy a product or service. The Predictor Tool predicts the optimum offer/segment combination for campaign effectiveness and ROI.

The performance tool analyzes the campaign target base, applies filters and provides a performance scorecard for the segment and each cell, covering customer purchase pattern, buying habits, buying capacity, offer acceptance rate etc. The tool includes other insights such as existing products and handset type to help refine likely campaign response.
