About 3 inches from the top, and near the bottom as shown, put a piece of tape to reinforce the paper. Punch holes with a hole punch or, if you don’t have one, poke holes with the sharp point of the skewer through the tape and paper. Tie long strips of paper, plastic or crepe paper to the bottom to form a tail. Tie the flying cord to the other hole and you are ready to fly.
