How many questions do you answer daily?
When is the MDS due?
How much fluid in the last 24
hours? How many activities has the
resident participated in?
Was the resident ambulated for 15
minutes?
How many behaviors in the
last 30 days?
Has the resident
eaten 50% on average?
Was the output more than the
intake?
