trans fat- margarine etc. Saturated fat- animal products etc. Unsaturated fat- plant food and fish

Dietary fat helps the body grow Meat, oils, nut, dairy, etc…

Fibre Helps Growth Lowers Cholesterol adds bulk in diet provides food for bacteria to grow Soluble fibre slows down sugar into

bloodstream. Prevents heart disease Grain, veggies, fruits etc…

Protein red blood cells carry oxygen through body Muscles, organs, immune system made

with protein amino acids reuses proteins to maintain

muscles builds up; maintains; replaces tissues in

body break down the protein in food into units, Meat, Dairy, eggs
