Nylofor® Panel systems

Strength and quality

The panels are heavy welded mesh with rectangular mesh holes and horizontal reinforcements

(double, flat or bended) that give the panels exceptional strength.

Long life

The panels are galvanised, spot welded and plasticized with perfect adhesion. The welded posts are

galvanised inside and out, plasticized and sealed with a cap.

Easy installation

All components are coordinated precisely and developed for professional installation: efficient,

top quality and fast.

Total system

The system comprises panels of various heights, multiple types of posts and accessories for

various needs. Swing and sliding gates are also available in standard dimensions or custom

dimensions on request.

A three-dimensional bend

3D refers to the third dimension, which is created by bending a ‘3D nose’. This results in

an increased strength.

Optimal relation price/quality

The smaller wire diameter (compared to the Nylofor 3D panels) is partially compensated by

smaller mesh sizes and a double wire in the nose. This gives an optimal price-quality ratio,

without compromising on strength.

Long life

The PVC coating guarantees a long life, even in corrosive environments and near the coast.

Nylofor 3D Super is equipped with a special nose and 8 mm horizontal wires. The 3D bend

gives the fence a unique design and makes it difficult to climb. Nylofor 3D Super is

2.1 Bekafix® Super

P rof i led posts, extremely

The posts can be used for heights

up to 4.1 m and al low for higher

wind load.

1. INSTALLATION

1.1. GENERAL PRINCIPLE

The Bekafix Super system is installed in sections. The fence is built according

to the post-panel-post principle. At the start 1 panel is erected between 2

posts. Then next a panel, post, panel, etc.

Mounting to the Bekafix Super post is identical to the Bekafix post.

· Attachment using fixing clamps, that clip into the side notches on the

post

·· Fast installation and a secure attachment

· Attention: An additional bolt (min. 1 per post) with break-off nut is

required for extra security

· Clamps: available in metal versions, in various finishes.

1.3. INSTALLATION IN CORNERS

· The majority of common corners can be formed with the same post

and clamps.

· The special design of the fixing clamp means that the standard post

can also be used as a corner post.

· For less common corners 2 posts must be placed beside each other to

realise the corner.

1.4. INSTALLATION ON A SLOPE

· As with the Bekafix post, the continuous side notches in the post,

panels can be installed in steps with a height difference of 25 mm.

2.2 Bekafix®

Profiled posts, polyester coated on

galvanised base with own fixing

system. To be combined with all

Nylofor panels.

1. INSTALLATION


The Bekafix system is installed in sections. The fence is built according

to the post-panel-post principle. 1 panel is erected at the start between

2 posts. Then next a panel, post, panel, etc.

1.2. ATTACHING THE PANELS TO THE POST

All the specifications of the Bekafix Super post are consequently also

applicable here:

· Attachment using fixing clamps, that clip into the side notches on the

post

·· Fast installation and a secure attachment

· An additional bolt with break-off nut is required for extra security

· Clamps: available in polyamide or metal versions, in various finishes.


The concept here is also identical to the Bekafix Super post:

· The special design of the fixing clamp means that the standard post

can also be used as a corner post.

· For less common corners 2 posts must be placed beside each other

to realise the corner.


· Due to the continuous side notches on the Bekafix post, panels can

be installed in steps with a height difference of 25mm.

·the standard post and fixing clamps.


1. Concrete plates can be installed between the posts.

No concrete plate holders are required

2.3 Square posts Nylofor®

Square posts, polyester coated on

galvanised plate. The posts are

equipped with inserts for attaching

the panels to the posts by means of a

special fixing system. To be combined with

all Nylofor panels.

1. INSTALLATION


The fence is built according to the post-post-panel principle. First of all

the posts are installed. Then the panels are attached to the front of the

posts.

1.2. ATTACHING THE PANELS TO THE POST

· The panels are attached to the front of the posts.

· Connection using fixing clamps adapted to the type of panels, that are

attached near each insert of the post using security bolts.

· Finally the openings in the security bolts are covered with a synthetic

cap.


· The square post makes it possible to create the most common obtuse

corners with the same post and clamps.

· To create sharp corners, you need to use two posts.

· A 90° corner can be formed with the standard post and clamps, using a

special Nylofor corner post, equipped with inserts on 2 sides.


· When installing on a slope there is a possibility to realise height

differences of a minimum of 100 mm, on condition that you make an

extra insert.

· Placing the posts closer together is recommended for slopes greater

than 15%. Then the panels must be shortened and finished a little by

hand.

complete Nylofor F system with

a covering plate at the top of the

panel, which adds extra strength and

creates a robust look.

The fence is built according to the post-post-panel system. First of all

the posts are installed. The panels are then mounted to the front of the

posts.

· Based on the standard square post, with which a support profile is

added at the top.

· Can be attached easily both to the post and the panel, thanks to the

special fixing clamps.

· Neoprene strips are available as an option, for a perfect and noise-

reducing system.

· The finish is realised by installing a covering cap in the bolt cavity of

the fixing clamp.


· The Nylofor City post makes it possible to create the most common

corners with the same post and clamps.

· A 90° corner can be formed with the standard post using a special

corner post, equipped with inserts on 2 sides.


When installing on a slope a second post is placed directly next to the

previous post. The panel is attached to this using the standard clamp

system. In this way, any height difference can be bridged.


· Aluminium base (150 x 150 mm) for installation on posts on a wall or

on a concrete base.

2.5 Bekasport®

The rectangular posts are equipped

with noise-reducing plastic clamps.

Thanks to special slots on the post

these clamps are hung in the post. This

means that the clamp is an auxiliary piece

when hanging the panels. After hanging

the panels are attached to the Bekasport

post using special metal clamps.

1. INSTALLATION


The fence is built according to the

post-post-panel system. First of all the posts are installed. Afterwards

the panels are mounted to the front of the posts.

· First noise/reducing plastic clamps are slid into place easily using

the bolt on the clamp, which fits perfectly in the special notch in the

post profile.

· Then the panels are hooked into the plastic clamps. (only for Nylofor

2D Super)

· Finally the panel is attached with a metal connecting piece, which is

screwed firmly with an M6 bolt.


· As standard two posts are used to make corners with a Bekasport®

post. Sharp, obtuse and right angled corners may be formed in this

way.

· Then the two panels that form the corner are attached to each other

using metal connecting pieces.

· However it is also possible to use one post, if a slight adjustment is

made to the fixing clamp.


· Bridging a height difference of 100 mm is possible when installing

on a slope.

· The panel is lowered to the desired distance (taking account of the

fact that only 100 mm bridging may be realised) and finally the panel

is attached using metal clamps.

· The sliding gates from the Betafence Robusta product line can be fully coordinated with a Nylofor fence by

being fitted with the same Nylofor filling instead of with railings.
