sers are you to access the Phonebook Edit(Correction) form from either the Phonebook app or from Infonet Phonebook.. The url will be https://myapps.nyp.org/phonebookedit/id/<Your_CWID>. Please provide your AD credentials to login successfully.

The page is divided into 5 sections:-

1. Picture, name and CWID section on the right. This is a display only section.
2. Primary Information section – Display Name, Title, Department, Campus, Job and Manager CWID are displayed here. This section is display only for now and any changes are to be requested via Workday or emails to HR Connect ([email protected]). The link is provided at the bottom of the primary information section.
3. Telecom Amcom section – Office number and Pager number information are displayed in this section.
a.) This section can be used to send a request to Service Now to make changes to Office Number and/or Pager. Start by clicking on edit section link.

b.) This opens an Editable layout for the section. Make the required changes in this section. Add optional comments if needed.
c.) After completing the changes click on “Submit Service Now Ticket”
link. Undo any changes by clicking on undo link.
d.) If phone number and pager are in expected format, a service now
ticket is assigned to respective group. The ticket number will be displayed. Click on ticket number to view the ticket details in Service now if needed.

4. Telecom Mobile Device section – Work Mobile number and Jabber number
information are displayed in this section.
a.) This section can be used to send a request to Service Now to make changes to Work Mobile number and/or Jabber number. Start by clicking on edit section link.
b.) This opens an Editable layout for the section. Make the required
changes in this section. Add optional comments if needed.

c.) After completing the changes click on “Submit Service Now Ticket” link. Undo any changes by clicking on undo link.
