Because of the length of our programs and the increasing complexity of the subject matter, student success and completion rates have been below expectations. We are redesigning our programs and this class to provide a more targeted path for completion and allow for ./"h10re time on task as ~ ~kle this complicated topic. The modification for this certificate is to more formally address the reality that Web designers need to be rooted in graphic design. This is also a path for working print designers to gain the skills needed to begin working as Web designers. These changes are instigated by both the INP and GOT advisory committees request to create a path for working professionals to update their skills to be competitive and marketable in this job climate.
