• OPM Methodology is the system of practices, techniques, procedures and rules for portfolio, program and project management an organization tailors or fits to its unique circumstances to optimize delivery of its strategy– Covers all types/forms of project– Aligns all stakeholders with strategy – Integrates with the business of the organization – Adapts to changes in organizational needs and circumstances– Focuses on optimum realization of strategic goals and benefits
