The Main Street experience, a concept which is not new; it is the turn of the century “home town” feeling which can only be described as the vibrant center of activity which is the heart and soul of the town. A “sense of place”, this is where we want to go when we want to see our friends, or drink a cup of coffee, or take the family out for a bite or a bike ride, or a lazy Sunday afternoon walk.
Weston’s Town Center is a 60 acre activity node which boasts a linear waterfront park, a 200 unit quad unit condo development, and a 275 unit timeshare apt complex. It can start with breakfast at Starbucks and finish on the lawn (the lakefront park) with a picnic basket, wine and cheese concert at the band shell.
From one end to the other you find: A supermarket, anchoring the north end of main street, and City Hall at the south. And in between is an array of retailers, sandwich shops, pop corn vendors, chocolatiers, confectioners, bakers, hair cutters, supermarket, gourmet restaurants, books, coffee shops, fine clothiers, active wear, and others.

Bella Palms is an 80 Unit Resort Style Condominium Project on the Hillsides of Jaco Beach, a resort “surfing” town on the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica. Priced in the $400,000s with a full complement of amenities and cascading water features overlooking the town and the Pacific Ocean.

Henley Place Mixed Use Development Downtown Ft. Myers
This mixed-use development consists of 30 Condominium Units with spectacular sunset view of the Caloosahatchee River, 30 luxury rental apartments, 10,000 SF of Class ‘a’ offices, 7500 SF of specialty (boutique) store, a Class ‘a’ dinner restaurant and a 2500 SF coffee shop catering to the more discriminating enthusiast. The project is accessed through a turnabout which will be developed into a vest pocket park and serve to house the valet parking kiosk. All parking requirements are satisfied through structured parking which serves as the pedestal to the condo tower and is hidden from view by the office and retail component. Project Budget is: $45,000,000.

Santa Luz Square is a 64 unit Condominium Project located in Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida. The project is a Design-Build consisting of 16 buildings of four units each, two over two, all with 2 car garages. The project cost $10,000,000 inclusive of site work. This project is located in the Gated WCI Community of Gateway. A significant design feature is the courtyard entrance for all unit in the development.

The Weston City Hall, the final building of the Weston Town Center, is to be one of the end caps to the Main Street experience. This building will close off Main Street from the waterfront park and Arvida Parkway, beyond the lake. The structure is the terminus to a pedestrian promenade two blocks long and stretches along retail, restaurant and second story studios' spine of activities catering to the residents of the City of Weston.
The City of Weston, which out sources the majority, if not all, of its services, will need only 22,000 SF of office space to house the Mayor, commissioners and state representatives, along with the City Manger and staff, and the Commission Chambers with a seating capacity of 120 and an overflow of an additional 100 seats. The entire second floor is to be leased to third party service contractors and professionals seeking to move their operations to the limited office space market in Weston. The forecourt to the City Hall, is a pedestrian open space, which will serve as the old home town “town square” for public and casual gatherings and as the terminus to parades and festivals alike.
The City Hall is flanked by six office buildings, also designed by OCAMPO & ASSOCIATES, Inc., which were completed in 2000. This project was developed by Arvida / JMB Partners, the developers of Weston.
