ENTERTAINMENTShouldyouchoosetohaveentertainmentforyourfunction,pleasehavetheentertainerscontactustoarrangeforasuitableset-uptime,licensedintherestaurantonly.CONTRACTORSAllexhibitionsandstageset-upsperformedbyoutsidecontractorsrequirepriorwrittenapprovalbyOakdene.DISPLAYSANDSIGNAGENoitemsaretobeattached,pinnedorgluedtoanywallsurfacewithinOakdene.AllsignagemustbeapprovedbyOakdenepriortothefunction.RESPONSIBILITYOakdenewillnotberesponsibleforlossordamagetoanycustomer’sorcontractor’sequipment,merchandiseorpropertypriorto(includingdelivery),duringorafterthefunction.Itemsshouldbedeliverednoearlierthanfive(5)businessdayspriortothefunctionandmustbecollectednolaterthanthree(3)businessdaysafterthefunction. It isthecustomer’sand/orcontractor’sresponsibilitytotakeoutthenecessaryinsurance.ThecustomerwillassumeresponsibilityandthecustomershallindemnifyandkeepindemnifiedOakdeneforanyandalldamagescausedprior to,duringandafter the functionbywayof thecustomersguests,outsidecontractorsoragentsandotherpersonsattending thefunction,whetherintheareareservedorinanypartofOakdene.Shouldthepremisesrequireanyextraordinaryattentionwithregardstocleaning,thecostswillbechargedtothecustomer.Thecustomerwillbe responsible toensure theorderlybehaviourof theirguestsandOakdene reserves the right to intervenewhere it sees fit.
