Role of rider
To go for pickup and drop of offsite repair products To assist repairperson for onsite repair To EVALUATE products for resale/repair if needed

Repairpersons/Technicians: To repair all the electronics devices.
Roles of PR guy: Customer tracking: Tracking customers who had major and minor repairs. This would help us to target those customers for resales and purchase. For instance, if a laptop/mobile has got a minor repair from us, we can ask that person to sell that device via us since that device is in a great shape and will be sold quickly. Similarly, if a customer has got a major repair and there are chances
of him switching the device, we can target him for buying from us. Marketing/PR: Sending SMS to the target audience, handling
customer grievances and after service support over phone. Operations: Managing unidirectional movement of riders while going
for various operations. Billing
Investment:

Revenue:
Repair margins are usually high. Resale brokerage variables are high. Also, as customers with high earnings are prone to first
hand device purchases, we will deal in resale of devices corresponding to the needs of medium and lower level earnings customers.
Time allocation for onsite repairs will be fixed. This will ensure that human resources of riders and repairmen are not underutilised.
