SCUL Board

The SCUL board is the broadband control board. It mainly

controls the system and processes broadband services.

SCUL BoardRUN ALM: Running LED, red and green

Green: 1s on and 1s off repeatedly The board works in normal state.

Green: 0.25s on and 0.25s off repeatedly

The board is being loaded.

Red: On The board works abnormally.

ACT: Active LED, green

Green: On The board is active.

Green: Off The board is standby.

RESET: Reset button, used to reset the board manually.

CON and ETH: for maintenance ;ESC for environment monitoring


GPBC Board The GPBC board is the GPON service board. It works together with the

ONT to access GPON services. Each GPBC board provides four GPON ports on the front panel. Each GPON port can connect up to 64 ONTs.

ALM red: On The board works abnormally.

BSY: Busy LED, green

Green: On The board carries the service traffic.

Green: Off The board carries no service traffic.

0, 1:, 2, 3 PON port LED, green

Green : OnMapping PON port 0 or 1 / 2 or 3 is in use.

Green : OffMapping PON port 0 or 1 / 2 or 3 is not in use.


TOPA Board

The TOPA board is a TDM uplink interface board. It provides 16 E1 uplink ports.

The TOPA board must work with its subboards(NH1A) to transmit the TDM signal upstream

ding electrical ports.The GICG board provides two GE electrical ports.

X1CA Board The X1CA board is the 10 GE uplink interface board that provid

es one 10 GE optical port for upstream or subtending services. It supports isolation protection. It provides one 10 GE upstream port.

The OPFA board is the 16-port FE optical interface board.

It provides 16 channels of FE optical signals.
