Missional Motivation for Coaches
Relationships- caring for the person before the task, taking the time and action needed to build sustaining credibility. We believe nothing is more missional than doing ministry with people who have mutual love and respect for each other.
Service- valuing empowerment over control, listening, timely responses, mending and healing where needed, delivering information, resources, encouragement and celebration.
Missional Motivation for Coaches
Context- valuing the uniqueness and needs of each person. Celebrate individual and geographic distinctive, delivering a customized engagement of ministry appropriate to each setting.
Collaboration- teamwork and cooperation over individual accomplishment, keeping the needs of the person in focus. Drop what you’re doing to advance the cause of others.
