OC TtT is a short term experience of one month, that gives you an opportunity to work in a team and develop different skills by preparing and implementing the plan for this learning seminar from AIESEC in Jordan.

The OC team will work with the support from the MC team to make sure that the conference is effectively delivered and assure your personal development in this experience from the beginning to the end.

GENERAL INFORMATION.

TtT is a National conference done by AIESEC in Jordan that is expected to be held on 5th and 6th of February 2015 for the aim of providing skills and knowledge to both AIESEC and Non AIESEC delegates on the ability to train, do presentations as well as being able to manage audience during the presentation and facilitations of different topics or ideas inside and outside of AIESEC.

OC stands for Organizing Committee. This committee is a team that will be responsible for preparing and implementing the needs of the conference as required. This team will be responsible for logistics, managing and finding delegates, marketing the conference to students and stakeholders

TEAM STRUCTURE & JDs

This will be responsible for finding venue and making sure that all the required materials on the room are available as well as availability of

the rooms for workshop if required.

This will be responsible for promotion and delegates in all major means of the communications and

designs for the conference.

This will be responsible for team by supervising them as

well as implementing partnership for the

conference sponsorship.
