The rates of fees prescribed in paragraphs 1 and 2, inclusiveshall apply to similar services rendered in connection with theexamination, verificalion and approval of consolidation.consolidation-subdivision. resubdivision, and reconsolidationplans, special work order plans on the basis of certitied copiesof technical descriptions of pla"ls approved by the LandRegistration or the Land Management Bureau, privale surveys,and other plans of similar nature in the computation of feesrelative to lots subjecl of consolidation and consolidation-subdivision plans, a fee shall be collected per lot as appearingin the old survey in addition to the fee collectible in paragraph 1hereof for Ihe lols -

4. For the preparalion of a plan in Iracing cloth of any survey thedala of which are available in Ihe Authority, except when sameis merely traced from an existing plan - the fees shall becomputed as f')lIows:

a. When Ihe plan 10be so prepared con-tained only one lot:

1. For the firsl ten corners or fraction thereof

2. For the next ten corners or fraction thereof

3. For each corner in excess of Ihe of the first twenty comers

b. When the plan 10bo so prepared conlains Iwo or more lols:

1. For Ihe first 101which must be the biggesl of the group,irrespective of the number of its corners -

2. For each additional lot irrespective of the number of its comer.said lot being adj3can: to the first lot or any other lot -

3. For each n.:ln··adjacent lot (other than the first charged lot),irrespective of the number of its corners -

4. If any lot conlains more than twenty corners of such 101in thefirst twenty corners -

5. For the preparation of a plan in tracing cloth, to be traced froman existing plan. complete with bearings and distances of comersand the-lines, the fee shall be 30 per centrum of the feesprescribed in paragraph 4 above.

6. For the preparation of plan in tracing cloth, to be copied from anexisting plan, complete with bearings and distances of sidesand tie-lines. bul using a different scale, the fee shall be 50 percentrum of the fees prescribed under paragraph 4 above, if madeon a reduced scale: or 60 per centrum of the same fees. if madeon an enlarged scale.

7. For Ihe preparation of a simple plan or sketch of any availablesurveyor plan on any paper olher than a tracing cloth, the feeon the basis of each lot, shall be as follows:

a. For the first ten corners of fraction thereof

b. For the second ten corners or fraction thereof

c. For the third ten corners or fraction thereof

d. For each corner in excess of the first thirty corners

e. If the sketch is prepared in tracing cloth. add to the total fees asabove computed - .

f. If the plan or sketch so prepared contains the bearing anddistances of the sides and tie-lines, add to the total as abovecomputed 10 per centrum thereof.

8. For furnishing a plan copy (blue print, or white print) of any planon file in the Authority, Ihe fees shall be as follows:

a. For the copy of any size not exceeding forty square decimeters

b. For one copy of more than lorty square decimeters but notexceeding eighty square decimeters in size

c. ror one copy of more than eighty square decimeters but notexceeding one hundred twenty square decimeter in size

d. For one copy in excess of one hundred twenty square decimeterin size the basic rate of twenty seven pesos plus for every twentysquare decimeters or fraction thereof In excess

9. For Ihe prep'aration of technical descripfions, other than merecopying from an existing copy, there shall be collected thefollowing fees:

a. For technical description of lots or parcel. typewritten in triplicateand doublespaced, including certification:

8. Certltlcatlon - For issuing a certificate relatlve to. or showingthe existence or non-existence or an entry In the registrationbook, or a document on file, for each such certificate containingnot more than two hundred words·

If It exceeds that number, an additional fee shall be collected forevery one hundred words or fraciional part thereof in excess ofthe first two hundred words·

9. Research fee - For services rendered in attending to requestsfor references to, or researches on any document on file in theRegistry, there shall be collected a f.ee per document of •
