Non Extractive Resources

• Medical Research– Pharmaceuticals can be derived fromaquatic organisms. (i.e. Cancer research)

• Waste Disposal– Unintended trash and debris is washed into the

ocean– Military Submarines and Ships allow all (non

plastic) wastes to sink to the bottom of the ocean.
