cede the Rosary at 6:00 pm; all are welcome to attend one or both. The events will be held at Holy Spirit Par-ish, 4400 Continental Drive in Butte. For questions, call Sue Walsh at 593-1218 or Jim Bellandi at 560-2857.

You are invited to attend the up-coming Catholic Journey Experi-ence weekends. This is a spirit filled retreat that starts on a Thurs-day evening and goes through Sunday afternoon. It is a wonderful way to build a deeper understand-

ing of your faith and new friendships with those who share your faith. The women’s weekend will be January 9-12 and the men’s will be January 16-19. Both week-ends will be held at Immaculate Conception’s St. Mary’s Center in Deer Lodge. For more information contact Rita Rodoni (406)498-7542, Rick Parke (406)660-1111 or go to the Website www.mtcatholicjourney.org

Our Youth Ministry group is looking for used Mason jars for a special fundraising project they are working on. The Youth will work together to fill them with some-thing special in the coming weeks and then start selling them. If you have some unused jars laying around, let one of the Youth from our parish or Joan Sewell know about them and they will make ar-rangements to pick them up. Then watch for the an-nouncement for what they will be filled with.

The Annual Catholic Appeal (ACA) for 2020 has begun. If you have donated in the past, you should receive an initial donation request letter shortly. If you haven’t par-ticipate in the past or want to get ahead of the game, you can pick up one of the donation envelopes in the back of the church and fill out your pledge or write a check. You can also donate at the Diocese of Helena website. Be sure to specify that you belong to our parish so it gets credited towards our goal. This weeks special bulletin deals with the Hope the ACA brings to us.

Today is World Mission Sunday. This is a special collection to help the Catholic Missions around the world in their effort to evangelize the people that have not yet heard the Good News of the Gospel. You can give online or pick up a special envelope in the back of the church for your donation. Please help the Gospel to be preached to the whole world.

See Joan Sewell if you are interested in attending.

We are #2! We came in second place in the Legendary Lodge raffle tickets sales. We sold 205 tickets raising $4,100 for Legendary Lodge and $1,025 for our Youth Ministry pro-gram. Unfortunately, no one from our parish won the truck, but be-cause we sold over 200 tickets, we get two special chances in a draw-

ing for a $1,500 scholarship to the 2020 NCCYM in New Orleans next December. Keep your fingers crossed and say some special prayers. A very special thank you to all who bought tickets and everyone that worked so hard at selling them.

We had one more plumbing fix to get done this week. The circulating pump on the baseboard heat was not powerful enough to push adequate hot water through the system to heat up the remodeled area. With the new pump all the heat registers put out plenty of warm air so that the area gets warmer quicker.. This should officially mark the end of the major aspects of the project. We will still have some small things like blinds to deal with.
