The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) isOrange County’s primary transportation agency. OCTA wasformed in 1991 through the consolidation of seven separatetransportation agencies. A 17-member Board of Directorsgoverns OCTA with the Caltrans District Director serving as the18th member in an ex-officio capacity.
Strategic PlanOCTA has created a five-year Strategic Plan which outlines current and future challenges and opportunities. The Strategic Plan also provides unity and clarity in implementing goals in keeping with OCTA’s Vision and Mission.
