Kairos Prison MinistryThe Kairos team of interdenominational volunteers will conclude their weekend spiritual retreat today at theCamille Griffin Graham Correctional Institute. This state prison, located on Broad River Road here inColumbia, is a maximum security facility for over 800 women. Please keep these women in your prayers.

Children’s Garden Tote BagsOnce again this year we are asking for your help in serving some of neediest at-risk children and families inour area. Children’s Garden, which is located at College Place UMC, is part of Vital Connections of theMidlands which provides an Early Head Start Program. Over the years NEUMC has provided tote bags filledwith helpful items for toddlers and infants. Please take one or more of the totes bags with you today andbring it back by Sunday, November 3. Inside each tote bag there is a list of needed items. If you have anyquestions, please contact Dan Christmus, 315-2513.

Theexpanded and enhanced VCM program will bringinnovative ideas, resources, and solutions to our countyin collaboration with our many partnering agencies.
