Concessional charges for 9 sqm both (Shell Scheme) after MAI support of 90000/- = INR 1.35 lakh
Participation Fees includes Standard built up stall of 9 Square Meters, appropriate Spotlights; Registration desk; Chairs; Waste bin; Fascia Name
Please Note: This fee does not include airfare, hotel expenditure, sending display
material, any additional fixtures & furniture in the booth.
10 % extra charges for corner stand(2side open) subject to availability,
15 % extra charges for peninsula stand(3side open)minimum bookable area 18sq.mtrs., 20
% extra charges for Island stand(4side open) minimum bookable area 36 sq.mtrs.
We have limited stalls and preference will be given on the basis of first-cum-first- served
basis and on receipt of full participation fee. ITPO reserves the right to select the
participants.
VISA Registration: ITPO will issue the visa recommendation letter for the participants only.
AIRFARE : Cost –effective through direct flight Turkmenistan Airlines, approx. three hours flight from New Delhi to Ashgabat.

If you want to send your shipment of goods by sea/air, please confirm latest by 10th September, The cargo agent needs PRO FORM INVOICE for Each exhibitor (That is very important). They cannot give you price without

Hotel Stay: on negotiated rates approx. US$70 per day in four/five-star Hotel in Ashgabat
Interested companies are requested to kindly send us their confirmation as per
